Attorney Lorraine E. Pérez graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida in 1999. She also graduated as attorney from the Universidad Pedro Henríquez Ureña in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1992. The fact that Ms. Pérez has studied law in both Dominican Republic and the United States, allows her to have an in-depth understanding of the particular situation and immigration needs of her Latin American and European clients. Attorney Pérez has extensive experience in the internationalization of companies. In addition, advises in the commercial founding of companies with head offices abroad that hope to establish businesses in the United States. Ms. Pérez assists foreign-based companies and their executives to work and establish their businesses in the United States.
Ms. Pérez is responsible for preparing and acquiring employment-based visas, including, executives and managers (L-1A), specialty workers (H-1B), aliens of extraordinary ability (O-1), and treaty investors (E-2). She also handles family and employment based permanent residence petitions (green cards), and naturalization issues.
